Description
cert-manager is the standard for PKI operations in cloud native applications, but it lacks many important capabilities. If you have a simple Kubernetes application, then cert-manager may be all you need to perform all your certificate management. TLS Protect for Kubernetes adds the ability to observe, manage, and enforce security policy for certificates across all clusters. It can also keep all cert-manager instances up to date and provides a FIPS 140-2 certified version of cert-manager.
